Description

A popular American gospel song (and shape-note hymn) adapted for pipes, with three-part harmony. This particular version was sourced from William ‘Singin’ Billy’ Walker’s Christian Harmony (1866). The adaptation here is set in the pipe-friendly key of D-Major, and features simpler embellishments compared to what was originally published in ‘An Appalachian Collection’ tune book. Chord symbols and 1st verse lyrics included.
